Erbitux® (cetuximab) is approved for the treatment of squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck. It is also approved to treat certain types of advanced colorectal cancer (cancer of the colon and rectum). People may receive it alone or in combination with other treatments. This drug is given by injection into a vein, and side effects may include fatigue, nausea, and skin reactions.
