Who Should Not Take Capecitabine?

You should not take capecitabine if you:
  • Are allergic to Xeloda, capecitabine, or any of the inactive components used to make capecitabine. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive ingredients.
  • Are allergic to fluorouracil.
  • Have severe kidney disease.
