Colon Cancer Home > Information on Colon Cancer

A wide range of symptoms can occur with colon cancer; however, they usually don't appear in the early stages. If colon cancer is suspected, your healthcare provider will gather information on your complete medical history (including your personal and family history) and any possible symptoms you are experiencing. He or she will likely also order certain tests. Once a diagnosis is confirmed, the cancer's stage needs to be determined to devise the most appropriate treatment plan.
